目的对四川省疾病预防控制中心2010-2012年业务进修项目进行效果评估,保障并促进进修质量的提高。方法采用柯氏培训评估模型进行反应、学习、行为和成果评估。结果进修内容以适应实际工作需要为重点,突出实用性与应用性,进修后学员的专业素质和实践技能得到较大提升,基本达到了制订的预期效果。结论通过评估分析得到的数据信息,可以用来科学地调控单位日后的进修管理工作,提高进修质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the business education in Sichuan Province Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2010 to 2012, to ensure and promote the improvement of the quality of the study. Methods Kirschner training evaluation model was used to evaluate responses, learning, behaviors and outcomes. Results The contents of the training focused on the needs of practical work, highlighting the practicality and applicability. The professional qualities and practical skills of postgraduates were greatly improved, and the expected results were basically achieved. Conclusion The data and information obtained through the evaluation and analysis can be used to scientifically regulate the management of further education in units and improve the quality of further education.
