目的:研究牛磺酸对大鼠实验性肝纤维化的影响。方法:连续静脉注射牛血清白蛋白以制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,用比色法测定羟脯氨酸的含量,用直接红对石蜡切片中的胶原进行特异染色。结果:肝纤维化模型组中,肝的羟脯氨酸含量及肌成纤维细胞数量明显高于空白对照组,肝切片中胶原的沉积亦明显多于空白对照组。给予25mg/kg的牛磺酸可明显降低肝的羟脯氨酸含量及肌成纤维细胞数量,肝切片中胶原的沉积亦明显减轻。结论:牛磺酸对大鼠实验性肝纤维化具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of taurine on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was injected intravenously to prepare rat model of hepatic fibrosis. Hydroxyproline content was determined by colorimetric method. Collagen in paraffin sections was specifically stained with direct red color. Results: The liver hydroxyproline content and the number of myofibroblasts in liver fibrosis model group were significantly higher than those in blank control group. The deposition of collagen in liver slices was also significantly more than that of blank control group. Administration of taurine at 25 mg / kg significantly reduced the hydroxyproline content and the number of myofibroblasts in the liver and the deposition of collagen in the liver slices. Conclusion: Taurine has a protective effect on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats.
