This article discusses the “bizarre” behavior of ethnic enterprises in China’s cotton textile industry crisis that began in 1932: a large backlog of products, a highly shrinking market and a large number of enterprises shutting down and restructuring to collapse. In general, the national textile industry has not only failed to Reduce the scale of production, but greatly expanded. The author believes that the reasons for this phenomenon are of course more than one end. However, under the overall pattern of Japan’s full aggression and control over China by Japan’s economy and military operations, the national textile industry has lost its influence on the domestic market In response to the oppression of Japanese textile forces in China, they can not but seek the survival chance of the last chance. This should be the basic reason causing the singularity of the national textile industry.
