学习型组织理论来到中国之后,国内大中企业、团体组织都为创建学习型组织而努力。在理论研究和创建实践都出现了对学习型组织理论的“神化”,“虚化”,“泛化”,“僵化”倾向。针对“四化”,应该:防止“神化”,坚持用发展的眼光历史地看待学习型组织理论;防止“虚化”,坚持脚踏实地构建学习型组织管理模式;防止“泛化”,坚持科学规范的应用学习型组织理论;防止“僵化”,坚持创新思维联系实际创建学习型组织。
Learning organization theory came to China, the domestic large and medium enterprises, organizations are trying to create a learning organization. In the theory research and the practice of creation, the “deification”, “virtualization”, “generalization” and “rigidification” of the learning organization theory all appear. For the “Four Modernizations”, we should: Prevent “deification” and persist in using history of development to view the theory of learning organization historically; prevent “deconstruction” and stick to down-to-earth construction of learning organization management mode; prevent “generalization” and adhere to scientific norms Application of learning organization theory; to prevent “rigid”, adhere to the innovative thinking of the actual creation of learning organization.
