Accurate and timely submission of LOGSTAT reports is the cornerstone of effective operation of operations. A skilled worker’s ability to manage limited resources and reduce security risks depends on his ability to predict demand. During the Early Entry Phase and Operation Decisions, the Observer-Coach-Trainer (OC / Ts), at JRTC, in Fort Poll, Louisiana, noticed that these units rarely moved from passive Responsive safeguarding environments shift to predictive safeguards as they need to work hard to anticipate demand. The ability of a unit to capture and report on logistical status at all levels significantly affects its ability to predict and switch to predictive assurance planning.
