目的探索建立数字化颅颌运动系统的方法。方法根据三维激光扫描图像、螺旋CT图像重建包括牙齿、髁突和关节窝的三维数字模型;利用ARCUS digma系统获取下颌运动轨迹,并将三维数字模型和运动轨迹导入同一坐标系中;编写数字化颅颌运动软件。结果实现了静止和下颌运动状态下关节与牙列三维数字模型的动画模拟、接触点检测、多角度观察及断层观察;尝试了对平面、曲线、螺旋轴等进行显示。结论初步建立了数字化颅颌运动系统,实现了颅颌运动的三维显示和模拟,为数字化颅颌运动系统的进一步研究奠定了基础。
Objective To explore a method of establishing digital cranio-maxillary motion system. Methods The three-dimensional digital model including teeth, condyles and glenoid was reconstructed by spiral CT image based on three-dimensional laser scanning images. The mandibular motion trajectory was obtained by ARCUS digma system and the three-dimensional digital model and motion trajectory were introduced into the same coordinate system. Jaw motion software. Results Anatomical simulation, contact point detection, multi-angle observation and tomographic observation of the three-dimensional digital model of joint and dentition under resting and mandibular motion were performed. Attempts were made to display plane, curve and helical axis. Conclusion The digital craniofacial movement system was initially established, and the three-dimensional display and simulation of craniomaxillary movement was realized, which laid the foundation for the further study of cranio-mandibular movement system.
