本文报道了全盘自动化高效液相色谱仪硬件的研制工作。该仪器把梯度洗脱装置、光二极管列阵扫描检测器及自动进样器作为一个系统用一台微机进行控制、数据采集和处理,从而实现液相色谱分析的全盘自动化。实验表明,所有部件及接口电路设计合理,工作可靠,实现了整个系统的闭环控制和反馈。研制的光二极管列阵扫描检测器具有扫描速度快、光谱范围宽和灵活度高的特点。该研究为智能色谱的发展提供了可靠的物质保证。
This article reports the development of a fully automated high performance liquid chromatograph hardware. The instrument uses a gradient elution device, a light-emitting diode array scan detector and an autosampler as a system for control, data acquisition and processing with a microcomputer for complete automation of liquid chromatography. Experiments show that all components and interface circuit design is reasonable and reliable work, to achieve the entire system of closed-loop control and feedback. Developed light-emitting diode array scan detector with fast scanning speed, wide spectral range and high flexibility. This study provides a reliable material guarantee for the development of intelligent chromatography.
