为贯彻落实国家电网公司“集团化运作、集约化发展、精细化管理、标准化建设”的要求,进一步加强公司物资质量监督工作管理力度,全面有效的开展产品质量监督工作,沈阳供电公司通过严格按照省公司的安排,各单位、部门按要求开展质量监督工作,及时发现到货物资存在的问题,规范上报供应商绩效评价次数和不良行为信息数量等措施,大力加强产品质量监督工作组织体系建设、制定产品质量监督规章制度、落实对供应商不当行为处理等诸多管理手段,全面提高质量监督工作效率和效果。同时,在物资供应中心的带领下,公司各部门、单位能够按要求积极参加并严把物资质量关,为电网的建设和运行奠定良好的物质基础。
