在介绍了产品三维曲面激光打标、模具型腔激光蚀纹和激光直线成形(LDS)活化激光加工的需求背景下,描述了以三维激光振镜系统和两轴数控回转台而构成的五轴数控三维曲面激光技术的基本原理,阐述了二维(2D)矢量纹理的纹理映射技术方法,论述了适用于五轴数控加工的整体分割技术方法和五轴数控加工等关键技术。实验证明了该设备关键技术的可靠性和加工质量的优良性,既能进行大批量的曲面高效打标和LDS活化加工,也能进行模具蚀纹的精密精细加工。
Under the background of the demand of three-dimensional surface laser marking, mold cavity laser etching and LDS activation laser processing, the five-axis laser system consisting of three-dimensional laser galvanometer system and two-axis CNC rotary table is described The basic principle of NC 3D laser technology is described, and the texture mapping technology of 2D vector texture is expounded. The key technologies of 5-axis CNC machining, such as the whole segmentation method and 5-axis CNC machining are discussed. The experiment proves the reliability of the key technology of the equipment and the excellent quality of the processing. The invention can not only perform high-volume curved surface efficient marking and LDS activation processing but also perform precision fine processing of the mold etching.
