本文围绕人力资源管理中的激励机制,着重从什么是激励、供热企业建立公平合理激励机制的必要性、合理激励机制模式的设定、供热企业合理激励机制的实现途径四方面。论述了供热企业应建立起适合本企业激励机制,才能使企业既把物质激励和精神激励有机结合地使用,又要根据不同的员工而有所侧重,并通过合理途径来实现。这样员工的积极性才会被极大限度提高,充分发挥聪明和才干,供热企业就能在日益激烈的市场竞争中取得优势。
