本文介绍了630吨副螺杆液压螺旋锤的研制成果.由于在这种设备上首次采用了布质酚醛树脂层压材料制造传动用副螺母,使副螺杆式传动型式的传动效率有所突破;在液压系统中,采用了一阀多功能的液压回路和有效的防止液压冲击措施,并设计成集成度高的组合结构,使液压系统简化,结构紧凑,冲击小,机器运行平稳.文中还阐述了副螺杆式液压螺旋锤动力学计算和副螺杆部件参数的确定方法;导出了几种主要传动方案的效率计算公式,并对各传动型式进行了分析比较.
This paper introduces the research results of the 630t helical screw hammer.As a result of the first use of the cloth phenolic resin laminates in this kind of equipment to manufacture the driving nut, the drive efficiency of the sub-screw drive type has been greatly improved. Hydraulic system, using a multi-valve hydraulic circuit and effective measures to prevent hydraulic shock, and designed to achieve a high degree of integration of the structure, the hydraulic system is simplified, compact structure, small impact, the machine running smoothly. Screw screw hydraulic hammer dynamics calculation and the parameters of the sub-screw components; derive the efficiency of several major transmission program formula, and the transmission type were analyzed and compared.
