目的探讨丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月—2015年9月醴陵市中医院收治的ACI患者70例,按入院先后顺序分为治疗组与对照组,各35例。两组均给予控制血糖、血压、降脂、抗凝等基础治疗,对照组给予依达拉奉静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力量表(ALD)评分、血液流变学指标[包括血液黏度(高切、低切)、血浆还原比黏度、纤维蛋白原]及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者NIHSS评分、ALD评分及血液黏度(高切、低切)、血浆还原比黏度、纤维蛋白原指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组NIHSS评分及血液黏度(高切、低切)、血浆还原比黏度、纤维蛋白原指标低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合依达拉奉治疗ACI疗效确切,可有效改善患者血液流变学指标,有利于患者病情恢复,降低致残或死亡的风险。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods Seventy patients with ACI admitted from September 2013 to September 2015 in Liling City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of hospital admission, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic therapy such as blood glucose control, blood pressure, lipid-lowering and anticoagulation. The control group was treated with edaravone intravenously. The treatment group was treated with intravenous infusion of Danhong injection on the basis of the control group. The NIHSS score, ALD score, hemorheology index [including blood viscosity (high and low cut), plasma viscosity, fibrinogen] were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. And clinical efficacy. Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS score, ALD score, blood viscosity (high and low cut), plasma reduction specific viscosity and fibrinogen index between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score (P <0.05), and the blood viscosity (high and low cut), plasma reduction specific viscosity and fibrinogen index were lower than those of the control group. The ADL score was higher than that of the control group. The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group . Conclusion Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of ACI has definite curative effect, which can effectively improve the hemorheology indexes of patients and help to recover the patients’ condition and reduce the risk of disability or death.
