随着用电客户对供电质量要求的进一步提高,仅仅从供电质量的可靠性、稳定性已经不能满足用电客户的需求。供电企业服务需要从传统基本的供电可靠性保障服务,逐渐转化成个性化服务。因此,对用电客户的重新细分十分有必要。讨论了基于价值的客户划分,以用电客户为主线借助作业成本法讨论服务差异化的选择,并提出了供电企业差异化服务的相关方案建议。
As power customers further improve the power quality requirements, only from the reliability of power quality, the stability has been unable to meet the needs of electricity customers. Power supply business services need from the traditional basic reliability of power supply protection services, and gradually transformed into personalized service. Therefore, the re-segmentation of electricity customers is necessary. This paper discusses the division of customers based on value, discusses the choice of service differentiation by using ABC as the main line of electricity consumers, and puts forward some proposals about the differentiated services of power supply enterprises.
