1 问题的提出小径管通常指直径(?)60mm以下的管道,包括(?)50、42、38和32mm等几种规格.小径管的特征是管材表面曲率很大,探头耦合的平稳性差,探头易出现左右倾斜,探头与管材轴线有夹角.出现上述情况探头主声束就不可能构成对管道的法向入射(指声束在管道法平面内入射)而在管道表面产生反射,只有部分声能进入被探件,见图1(这里不讨论探头透声楔内的固有反射).因而,探伤灵敏度大大降低,漏检可能性增大.
