ZL114A铝合金具有良好的铸造性能并且可以进行热处理强化,2219铝合金具有良好的常温、低温性能,这两种铝合金都在航空航天领域具有广泛的应用。采用CO2激光器进行了ZL114A与2219异种铝合金带锁底对接接头激光焊接试验。焊后采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计以及拉伸试验机对焊缝接头的显微组织和力学性能进行分析。在焊缝区域中,下部冷却速度较快,晶粒较为细小。焊缝区晶粒较为细小,焊缝内部显微硬度要高于两种母材。拉伸试验中接头断裂在较薄2219母材一侧。
ZL114A aluminum alloy with good casting performance and heat treatment can be strengthened, 2219 aluminum alloy has good room temperature, low temperature performance, both aluminum alloys have a wide range of applications in the aerospace field. The laser welding experiments of ZL114A and 2219 dissimilar aluminum alloy butt-lock butt joints with CO2 laser were carried out. After welding, the optical microscopy, microhardness tester and tensile tester were used to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld joint. In the weld zone, the lower part of the cooling speed, the grain is more small. The grain size of the weld zone is relatively small, and the microhardness of the weld seam is higher than that of the two base metals. Tensile test joints in the thinner 2219 base metal side.
