为了节约清洗零件用油,我们设计了一种零件清洗机,见附图。使用时,接通电源,油就可从胶管流出,对零件进行清洗,这样大大方便了对零件的清洗工作。清洗机的结构是:把吸油池和回油池分开,以确保工作油质的干净和便于对油箱的清洗;油箱的底面采用斜面焊接结构,便于油中脏物的沉淀。通过实践,我们认为使用这种清洗机有如下优点: (1)便于回收用过的油,既避免了浪费也减少了对环境的污染。 (2)便于对各种零件的清洗,减少了油盒的制造数量。大大缩短了辅助时间。 (3)由于油箱上安装了滚轮和扶手,移动时很省力。
In order to save cleaning parts oil, we designed a part washing machine, see the attached drawings. When used, the power is turned on, the oil can flow out of the hose and the parts are cleaned, which greatly facilitates the cleaning of the parts. The structure of the washing machine is as follows: the sump and the return sump are separated to ensure the cleanliness of the working oil and the cleaning of the fuel tank; the underside of the fuel tank adopts a bevel welded structure to facilitate the precipitation of dirt in the oil. Through practice, we believe the following advantages of using this washing machine: (1) easy recovery of used oil, both to avoid waste and reduce environmental pollution. (2) facilitate the cleaning of various parts, reducing the number of oil box manufacturing. Greatly shorten the auxiliary time. (3) Since the fuel tank is equipped with rollers and handrails, it is labor-saving when moving.
