幼儿户外实践活动课题的组织管理实施策略

幼儿户外实践活动是幼儿园整体教育活动的重要组成部分。《幼儿园工作规程》中明确指出:“要充分利用日光、空气、水等自然因素,以及本地自然环境开展户外活动。”充分运用社会资源,丰富幼儿的户外活动,以此来推进幼儿教育的发展,是十分必要的。在这种教育理念的引领下,我园在常州市“十二五”规划课题中建立了《幼儿园户外实践活动的实施策略研究》。组建了由我为课题组组长,区学科、骨干教师与园部骨干教师为成员,从理论与实践两大方面,对本课题进行深入研究。现将我作为课题管理者的一些实施策略总结如下: Outdoor activities for young children is an integral part of kindergarten’s overall education activities. “Kindergarten Working Rules” clearly states: “To make full use of natural factors such as sunlight, air, water and outdoor activities in the local natural environment. ” Make full use of social resources to enrich children’s outdoor activities in order to promote early childhood education The development is very necessary. Under the guidance of this educational philosophy, I Park in Changzhou City, “Twelve-Five ” planning project established a “kindergarten outdoor practice activities of the implementation strategy.” Formed by the task force leader, district discipline, key teachers and key teachers of the park as a member, from both theoretical and practical aspects of this topic in-depth study. Now I have summarized some implementation strategies of the project manager as follows:
