生活中的观众效应无处不在,本研究旨在探索观众效应对不同自尊的人的影响,以对教育以及组织管理提供一些启发。本研究采用自尊量表(SES)对扬州大学在校学生进行了问卷调查,并根据得分高低将得分前5名和后5名的被试归入为高分组和低分组,之后让两组被试再有观众和无观众的情境下进行演讲,对其进行评分,结果发现高分组被试在有观众和无观众情况下的得分并无显著差异,而低分组被试在有观众情况下的得分显著低于无观众情况下的得分。结果表明男生与女生的自尊水平得分并无显著差异;观众效应对不同自尊水平的人影响是不同的,自尊水平越低的人在观众效应下更易受到消极的影响。
The audience effect in life is ubiquitous. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of audience effects on people with different self-esteem and to provide some inspiration for education and organization and management. In the present study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among students in Yangzhou University by using the Self-Esteem Scale (SES). According to the scores, the top five and the bottom five students were divided into high-grade group and low-grade group. After that, The audience with no audience and the situation under the speech, its score, the results found that high-score group of subjects with and without the audience score was not significantly different, and low-group participants in the audience with the score Significantly lower than the score without the audience. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the self-esteem scores between boys and girls. The audience effect had different effects on people with different levels of self-esteem. People with lower self-esteem were more likely to be negatively affected by the audience effect.
