目的探讨健康教育在结肠癌患者围手术期护理中的应用。方法收集2015年3月~2016年3月我院收治的46例结肠癌根治术患者进行研究,将上述患者随机分为两组,对照组接受手术围手术期常规护理,观察组在上述基础上接受健康教育护理,比较两组患者手术情况以及健康知识掌握程度。结果 (1)观察组肛门通气时间(2.6±0.9)d、下床活动时间(2.1±0.8)d、住院时间(9.0±1.8)d;对照组肛门通气时间(4.8±1.2)d、下床活动时间(3.8±0.9)d、住院时间(13.5±2.1)d;组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组健康知识得分(32.3±5.8)分,对照组健康知识得分(26.4±5.2)分,组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在结肠癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of health education in perioperative nursing of patients with colon cancer. METHODS: Forty-six patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled. The above patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine perioperative nursing. The observation group was based on the above Health education and nursing care were compared between the two groups of patients with surgical knowledge and health knowledge. Results (1) In the observation group, the time of anus ventilation was (2.6 ± 0.9) d, the time of going to bed activity was (2.1 ± 0.8) d and the length of hospital stay was (9.0 ± 1.8) days, and the time of anal ventilation was 4.8 ± 1.2 days Activity time (3.8 ± 0.9) d, hospital stay (13.5 ± 2.1) d; the difference between groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). (2) The scores of health knowledge in observation group (32.3 ± 5.8) and control group (26.4 ± 5.2), the difference between groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in perioperative nursing of patients with colon cancer is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
