1983年我们对全国收割机行业的十几个大中小型工厂进行了调查。调查的对象主要是大中型联合收割机,包括水稻、玉米、甜菜、花生、甘蔗等收割机械。本文就收割机械行业一些主要零件的热处理工艺问题,作一些初步的分析,并针对当前热处理现状从技术改造方面提出一些看法,供有关方面参考。一、收割机行业热处理现状目前国内收割机行业中,热处理工艺比较落后,生产规模小而分散,设备负荷低、能源消耗大、成本高、产品质量差,致使收割机整机质量差、寿命短。我们所调查的十几个厂热处理工艺、设备基本上还是国外四、五十年代水平。除少数几个大型联合收割机厂外,一般中小型收割机厂、农机厂的热处理工艺水平就更低,有的厂该热处理的零件,不经热处理就装车使用;有的厂既没有热处理技术人
In 1983, we conducted a survey of more than a dozen small, medium and large factories in the country’s harvester industry.
