目的:探讨一种既能治疗上睑皮肤松弛又能还原原来重睑形态且切口隐蔽、术后恢复时间短的新方法。方法:沿设计画线切开皮肤及皮下脂肪层,全层切除皮肤及皮下脂肪,充分止血,沿眼轮匝肌上方向下剥离,使切口张力减低且调整好眼形,用6-0美容线皮内间断缝合。眉头、眉峰、眉尾用5-0丝线各间断缝合固定一针。创口涂红霉素软膏,术区加压包扎24h,术后4～5天拆线。结果:临床手术33例,其中女性30例,男性3例,年龄37～56岁,术后随访6个月～2年效果均满意。结论:眉缘切口治疗上睑皮肤松弛同重睑线切口相比有以下特点:切口隐蔽,眼睑部无任何痕迹;术后反应轻,恢复期仅5～7天,易被患者接受;同时还可以矫治眉下垂,改善鱼尾纹及额纹。
OBJECTIVE: To explore a new method that can not only treat the skin of the upper eyelid, but also restore the original double eyelid shape with the incision hidden and the postoperative recovery time short. Methods: Cut the skin along the design line and subcutaneous fat layer, the full thickness of the skin and subcutaneous fat removal, adequate hemostasis, along the orbicularis muscle above the peel downward, so that cut tension and reduce the eye shape, with 6-0 Beauty Interlocking suture line. Mei Mei, Meifeng Mei Mei 5-0 silk suture with a fixed stitch. Erythromycin wound ointment painted, surgery bandaging 24h, 4 to 5 days after stitches. Results: There were 33 cases of clinical operation, including 30 females and 3 males. The age ranged from 37 to 56 years. The follow-up of 6 months to 2 years was satisfactory. Conclusion: The marginal margin of the eyebrow incision has the following characteristics compared with the double-eyelid incision: the incision is concealed and there is no trace of the eyelid. The postoperative reaction is light and the convalescence period is only 5 to 7 days, which is easy to be accepted by the patients. Meanwhile, Eyebrow correction can be corrected, to improve the crow’s feet and forehead pattern.
