随着新课程标准的实施,大多数教师热衷于课堂教学的革新,而忽视了对作业改革的探究,跟不上课改的脚步。作业加重了学生的学习负担,不利于学生的发展,如何让学生在做作业时“各尽所能,各取所需”就显得尤为重要。文中从学生的客观差异出发,关注差异,对学生进行合理分层;尊重差异,对学生因材施练,使每个学生通过练习都能得到不同程度的提高;同时针对不同层次的学生通过改变批改符号及评价标准进行梯度评价,发挥作业的评价功能,以使“不同的学生在数学上得到不同层度的提高”。
