针对原油采出液含砂的问题,采用了水洗—沉降除砂法及化学—水洗—沉降除砂法。水洗—沉降除砂率达70.6%,化学—水洗—沉降除砂率达91.2%。研制出除砂剂CSJ-1现场加药浓度,对稠油为50mg/L,对稀油为20mg/L。试验表明该除砂技术较为完善地解决了地面集输系统由于原油采出液中含砂造成的危害。
Aiming at the problem of crude oil production fluid containing sand, the method of water washing-settling sand removal and chemical-water washing-settling sand removal are adopted. Washing - Sedimentation demineralization rate of 70.6%, chemical - washing - Sedimentation demineralization rate of 91.2%. Developed a desmear agent CSJ-1 on-site drug concentration, heavy oil 50mg / L, thin oil 20mg / L. Experiments show that the sand removal technology is more perfect to solve the ground gathering and transportation system due to the sand caused by crude oil production hazards.
