张家口地区谷子主栽品种萌发期抗旱性评价

为鉴评张家口地区主栽常规谷子品种和杂交谷子品种的萌发期抗旱性,采用不同浓度(0、5%、10%、15%、20%和25%)的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫,对8份主栽品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、芽长、芽重等指标进行了测定,结果表明:(1)在非PEG胁迫(CK)下,各品种的发芽特性不一致,常规谷子较杂交谷子的种子萌发期短;(2)低浓度PEG(5%)处理可在一定程度上提高部分谷子品种的发芽率和发芽势;之后随胁迫加剧,种子萌发受抑制程度也随之加剧,各项指标均呈显著下降趋势;(3)应用模糊数学隶属函数法对8份谷子品种的抗旱性进行综合评价,结果显示张杂谷5号抗旱性最强,小质小红谷和张杂谷10号次之,张杂谷3号抗旱性最差。 In order to appraise the germination drought resistance of the main varieties of conventional and hybrid millet cultivars in Zhangjiakou, PEG-6000 (PEG-6000) with different concentrations (0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% ) Simulated drought stress. The results showed that the drought resistance of Zhangzigu No.5 was the strongest and the small one was small The quality of small red valley and Zhang Zigu No. 10 second, Zhang Zha Gu 3 worst drought resistance.
