传统教学法讲究知识体系的完备性,注重提高学生的理论水平但在培养学生认识问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力方面存在着一些不足之处。为了弥补传统教学方法的缺陷,充分调动学生的主观能动性,提高教学效果,近年来,笔者尝试在经济法教学中,以传统教学法为基础,运用案例教学法,把抽象的理论寓于现实的、典型的案例中,以案释法,使学生能够准确地、快速地理解、掌握经济法的基础知识和基本法律规定,收到了良好的效果。
Traditional teaching methods pay attention to the completeness of the knowledge system, focusing on improving the theoretical level of students, but there are some shortcomings in training students ability to recognize, analyze and solve problems. In order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching methods, to fully mobilize the students’ subjective initiative and improve the teaching effect, in recent years, the author attempts to apply the case teaching method in the teaching of economic law to abstract the theory in the reality, In a typical case, the case interpretation method, so that students can accurately and quickly understand and master the basic knowledge of economic law and basic legal provisions, received good results.
