企业文化是企业的灵魂,而企业文化的构建和表现均有赖于企业全体员工的共同努力,因此目前国内外现代企业管理理念都已经从以物为中心的管理转向以人为中心的管理,从而越来越突出人在企业生存和发展中的作用和力量。而人往往受到心智模式的影响,所以重视人的心智模式就是重视企业文化的建立,就是重视企业最重要的资源。本文即从如何引导员工心智模式的角度来探讨关于企业文化构建。
Corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise, and the construction and performance of corporate culture depend on the joint efforts of all staff, so at present the concept of modern enterprise management both at home and abroad has shifted from the material-centered management to the people-centered management. The more we highlight the role and power of people in the survival and development of enterprises. People tend to be affected by the mental model, so people pay attention to the mental model is to focus on the establishment of corporate culture, that is, the most important business resources. This article from the perspective of how to guide the staff mental model to explore the construction of corporate culture.
