1993年8月～12月共收治腮腺炎脑炎14例,男9例,女5例;以学龄儿童为多,～3岁2例,～5岁4例,～7岁5例,～8岁2例,～9岁1例;首发症状癫痫样抽搐5例,手足抽搐3例,头痛伴呕吐10例,头痛14例,意外障碍4例,小脑性运动障碍3例,颅神经损害1例,发热头痛呕吐为主要症状;巴氏征阳性5例,颈亢10例;并发脑水肿9例,肺炎2例,心衰1例,病情危重3例,轻型5例;12例脑电图检查示弥漫异常7例,为高幅慢波,棘慢波,其中～重度异常3例,轻度异常4例;头颅CT检查2例,示脑炎改变;13例脑脊液检查蛋白(+)6例,(++)3例,正常4例,细胞数10～50 6例,糖、氯化物正常;14例病儿住院时有腮腺肿大症状9例易明确诊断,5例住院时有脑炎症状及阳
