目的了解2013年上海市杨浦区65岁以上老年人的整体代谢情况,为今后预防和治疗等提供科学依据。方法采用整群系统随机抽样方法,对上海杨浦区65岁以上者(包括在本区居住半年以上的流动人口且无智力障碍、神志清楚、愿意参加调查者)进行横断面的调查。结果代谢紊乱的总检出率为81.46%,女性高于男性(χ2=6.55,P<0.05)。各代谢异常按阳性检出率高低依次为:高血压、超重和中心性肥胖、糖尿病、肥胖、IGR。男性中心性肥胖和肥胖检出率低于女性(χ2=109.64,P<0.05)/(χ2=5.22,P=0.02);非高龄组超重和高血压检出率高于高龄组(χ2=4.15,P=0.04)/(χ2=33.82,P<0.001),非高龄组IGR检出率低于高龄组(χ2=9.13,P=0.002 5);男性、年龄增大及不良生活行为会导致患高血压或糖尿病/IGR或超重/肥胖或中心性肥胖。结论杨浦区社区老人代谢异常人群所占比例极大,应加强健康教育,控制危险因素,以利提高生存质量。
Objective To understand the overall metabolic status of elderly over 65 in Shanghai’s Yangpu District in 2013 and provide scientific evidence for future prevention and treatment. Methods The randomized cluster sampling method was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of 65-year-olds and above in Shanghai’s Yangpu District, including migrants living in the area for more than six months without any mental retardation, conscientiousness and willingness to participate in the survey. Results The total detection rate of metabolic disorders was 81.46%, higher in women than in men (χ2 = 6.55, P <0.05). According to the positive rate of all metabolic abnormalities, the detection rates were: hypertension, overweight and central obesity, diabetes, obesity, IGR. The detection rate of overweight and high blood pressure in non-elderly group was higher than that of the senior group (χ2 = 4.15, P <0.05) (χ2 = 5.22, P = 0.02) , P = 0.04) / (χ2 = 33.82, P <0.001). The detection rate of IGR in non-senior group was lower than that in senior group (χ2 = 9.13, P = 0.002 5) Hypertension or diabetes / IGR or overweight / obesity or central obesity. Conclusion The proportion of elderly people with metabolic abnormalities in community in Yangpu District is extremely high. Health education should be strengthened to control risk factors so as to improve quality of life.
