采用当量连续法建立了催化器蜂窝载体的流体动力学模型,用STAR-CD软件对不同结构的增强型扩张管(EDH)催化器在冷态条件下的稳态流场进行多维数值模拟。用软件对EDH的结构和有关参数对催化器流动特性的影响进行了研究。
The hydrodynamic model of the catalyst honeycomb carrier was established by equivalent continuum method. The steady-state flow field of the EDH catalyst with different structures under cold condition was simulated by STAR-CD software. The influence of the structure of EDH and the parameters on the flow characteristics of the catalyst was studied by software.
