日本文化的特殊性曾促使其在短时期内迅速崛起为世界第二大经济强国。然而,全球化时代的日本文化却成为其进一步国际化的严重障碍。为改变文化的卑弱地位,实现文化大国以至国际性大国的战略构想,日本政府提出了“第三次开国”--文化国际化的口号。但大和民族的劣根性:狭隘国家主义、民族利己主义以及极端民族主义却成为其文化国际化走向中的根性桎梏。因而,适应文化宽容与文化兼容的国际化要求并对本民族传统文化做出恰当调适将是日本文化国际化的必由之路。
The particularity of Japanese culture has prompted its rapid rise in a short period of time to become the second largest economic power in the world. However, Japanese culture in an era of globalization has become a serious obstacle to its further internationalization. In order to change the inferior status of culture and realize the strategic vision of a big cultural country and even an international power, the Japanese government has put forward the slogan of “the Third Establishment of a World” - a cultural internationalization. However, the inferiority of the Yamato nation: narrow nationalism, national egoism and ultra-nationalism have become the root cause of its cultural internationalization. Therefore, adapting to the international requirements of cultural tolerance and cultural compatibility and properly adjusting the traditional culture of our nation will be the only way to internationalize Japanese culture.
