本文利用2004年至2012年我国省级面板数据,通过构建面板误差修正模型,利用Granger因果检验对我国文化市场与房地产市场之间的关系进行了实证检验。研究表明:在短期内,文化市场与房地产市场互为Granger因果关系;在长期内两者只存在单向因果关系,文化市场波动是房地产市场波动的Granger原因,而房地产市场波动在长期内对文化市场无影响。在实践中要注意文化市场与房地产市场的互动关系,关注房地产市场波动对文化产业发展的影响。
In this paper, we use the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2012 in our country and establish a panel error correction model and use Granger causality test to test the relationship between the cultural market and the real estate market in our country. The research shows that in the short term, the cultural market and the real estate market are Granger causality. In the long run, there is only one-way causal relationship between the two. The fluctuation of the cultural market is the Granger cause of the real estate market volatility. In the long run, No effect on the market. In practice, we should pay attention to the interaction between the cultural market and the real estate market and pay attention to the impact of the real estate market fluctuations on the development of cultural industries.
