患儿,女,6d。1胎1产,孕39周,产钳助产,出生体重3.1kg。因皮肤黄染3d,腹泻2d入院。生后4d开始腹泻,大便初为黄色稀糊状,此后即变为黄色粘液便及脓血便,有腥臭味,每日8～10次。发热,哭闹不安、呕吐,拒奶。体检:体温39℃,精神萎靡,反应差,皮肤黄染达四肢。口唇及皮肤干燥,弹性稍差,前囟凹陷,心肺(-),肝右肋下1.5cm,肠鸣活跃。入院诊断:①新生儿腹泻并中度脱水;②高胆红素血症。实验检查:血红蛋白162g/L,白细胞16.2×10~9/L,中性0.70,淋巴0.30,总胆 Children, women, 6d. 1 tire 1 production, 39 weeks pregnant, forceps midwifery, birth weight 3.1kg.
