以浙江省温州市赵山渡电站贯流式水轮发电机组及其调速器为例证 ,着重说明了大型贯流机组的特点 ,阐述了调速器的高油压电液比例控制系统的研制和应用 :①采用变结构、变参数的智能PID控制 ,使机组在不同状态下均能稳定运行 ;②应用了数字协联新技术 ,使机组保持高效率运行 ,水流特性得到改善 ,机组振动小 ;③频率跟踪和相角控制的投入使机组并网简单易行 ;④引入水压补偿调节装置 ,使机组在孤立电网中运行时 ,频率波动均保持在允许范围内 ,充分发挥了贯流机组的优点 ;⑤使用机械分段关闭装置 ,减少了快速关闭时造成水击压力的升高 ,并防止涌浪的发生 ;⑥采用可靠的液压重锤关机控制装置 ,防止事故的扩大 ,保证了机组的安全运行
Taking the Zhao Shan Dude Hydropower Station of Zhejiang Province in Zhejiang Province as an example, the characteristics of the large tubular unit are illustrated, and the development and application of the high hydraulic electro-hydraulic proportional control system of the governor are described : (1) Adopting intelligent PID control with variable structure and variable parameters to make the unit run stably under different conditions; (2) Applying the new technology of digital association to keep the unit running at high efficiency with improved water flow characteristics and less vibration; (3) Frequency tracking and phase angle control make it easy to connect the unit; ④ Introducing water pressure compensation adjusting device to keep the frequency fluctuation within the allowable range when the unit is operating in the isolated power grid, giving full play to the advantages of the cross-flow unit ; ⑤ the use of mechanical shut-off device, reducing the rapid closure of the water hammer caused by the pressure increase, and to prevent the occurrence of surges; ⑥ hydraulic hammer off the use of reliable control device to prevent the expansion of accidents to ensure the safety of the unit run
