应用一种所谓的“点变换”方法来研究气动冲击设备活塞的动力过程。对气缸进气阶段与压缩阶段中的气室压力提出了新的描述方法。讨论了活塞的起动条件(即能否起动)以及稳态工作条件(是否存在着稳定的周期运动)。提出了由相平面图(速度——位移坐标图)来确定周期和频率的方法。此外,还围绕着活塞的动力过程,建立了结构参数与动力参数(冲击能、冲击末速度、实际行程)之间的解析关系。最后进行了实例验算,并与实测值进行了比较。将点变换方法引用到冲击设备设计中来,其契机在于冲击设备活塞的动力过程,即是一种强非线性的以高压气体为动力的自激运动。
A so-called “point transformation” method is used to study the dynamic process of the pistons of pneumatic impact equipment. A new description of the pressure in the cylinder chamber during the intake and compression stages is presented. Discusses piston starting conditions (ie, whether it can be started) and steady-state operating conditions (whether there is a stable periodic movement). A method of determining the period and frequency from the phase plane (velocity-displacement map) is proposed. The point transformation method is introduced into the design of impact equipment, the turning point of which is the dynamic process of the impact equipment piston, that is, a strong non-linear self-excited movement driven by high-pressure gas.
