目的:探讨提高口腔科门诊患者预约后的复诊率措施。方法:开展以“提高口腔科门诊患者预约后复诊率”为活动主题的品管圈活动,运用质量管理常用工具对口腔科门诊患者预约复诊时间后经常失诊现象进行原因分析,制定对策并实施。结果:实施品管圈活动后的口腔科门诊患者预约后复诊率较活动前明显上升(74.4%vs 52%,P<0.05)。结论 :应用品管圈质量改进工具可有效提高口腔科门诊患者预约后的复诊率,提高圈员运用品管圈管理工具解决临床实际问题的能力。
Objective: To explore how to improve the referral rate after appointment in dental clinic. Methods: To carry out the quality control circle activity with the theme of “improving the referral rate after scheduled appointments of patients in the dental clinic”, and to analyze the cause of often inoperative diagnosis after the scheduled referral time of the dental clinic with the tools of quality management And implemented. Results: The rate of referral after reservation was significantly higher in patients with stomatology clinic than that before activity (74.4% vs 52%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality control tools can improve the referral rate after appointment and improve the abilities of circle members to use QC tools to solve clinical problems.
