目的探讨提高颅内低分化胶质细胞瘤术后放射治疗疗效的方法。方法病理诊断确诊为低分化(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)神经胶质细胞瘤患者28例,13例进行野中野治疗(研究组),15例予常规治疗(对照组)。研究组采用全脑照射每次180cGY,每周5次,共5周25次,同时根据CT及/或MRI所见,另设2~3个小野,野包括肿瘤边缘1cm左右,每次照射150cGY,每周2次,共5周10次。对照组先采用全脑照射4000cGY(共4周20次),结束后小野追加,定位方法同研究组,每次照射200cGY,每周5次,共2周10次。结果研究组1、2和3年生存率分别为69.2%、53.9%、35.9%,对照组分别为60.0%、26.7%、20.0%(P<0.05),两组中位生存期分别为26个月和17个月。结论野中野放射治疗颅内低分化胶质细胞瘤可提高肿瘤患者的生存率,延缓肿瘤复发。
Objective To explore the method to improve the efficacy of postoperative radiotherapy in intracranial poorly differentiated glioma. Methods Twenty - eight patients with poorly differentiated (grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ) glioma were diagnosed pathologically. Thirteen patients were treated with Yeh Nakano (study group) and 15 patients were treated with conventional therapy (control group). Conclusion Radiation treatment of intra-field wild intra-field poorly differentiated glioma can improve the survival rate of tumor patients and delay tumor recurrence.
