超高压油泵与低压和高压油泵一样,在土木建筑机械、矿山机械、船舶、金属加工机械直至电气设备等都得到了广泛应用,并向小型、轻量、高输出发展.本文主要介绍68.6MPa(700kgf/cm~2)以上的定排量输出与恒压输出二大超高压油泵的各种形式与使用实例,油泵与活塞的材料选用,单向阀的受力分析和改进,各种密封形式的结构与影响密封性能因素及改进办法,在不同超高压力下介质的连择.文章还介绍应用超高压油泵技术的新型弹性生产系统,以适应当前多品种小批量的生产特点,采用含研磨材料的喷射新工艺等,对超高压油泵的现状与今后发展作了全面论述,对从事超高压油泵研究有一定的参考价值.
