随着数字技术的革命性进步,数字电视、网络电视、wifi的普及,宣告了电视媒体过剩,无论是中央电视台还是地方电视台都受到市场的压力。在数字时代,我国电视媒体面临的是传媒行业的一个重新洗牌的过程。我国的电视业正面临重大变革的前夜,我们需要做的是利用数字技术带来的挑战摆脱以往过度依赖广告收入的状态,基于商业模式的三个要素进行系统地商业模式创新。
With the revolutionary advancement of digital technology, the popularization of digital TV, Internet TV and wifi, the excess of television media has been announced, and both the CCTV and the local television stations are under market pressure. In the digital age, China’s television media is facing a reshuffle of the media industry. The TV industry in our country is on the eve of major changes. What we need to do is take advantage of the challenges brought by digital technologies out of the past over-reliance on advertising revenue and systematically innovate the business model based on the three elements of the business model.
