近年来,为了解决房地产投资规模过大、住房供应结构不合理、住房价格上涨过快、房地产市场秩序比较混乱等问题,我国陆续出台了一系列政策措施,这些调控政策从立法性质来说,均是法律层次较低的规范性文件,但对促进房地产业的健康发展发挥了积极作用。本文从经济法宏观调控的基本概念出发,分析了房地产市场宏观调控的基本原则与措施。
In recent years, in order to solve the problems of over-large-scale investment in real estate, unreasonable housing supply structure, rapid rise of housing prices and disorderly property market, a series of policies and measures have been promulgated in our country. From the legislative nature, both of them Is a normative document with a low legal level, but it has played an active role in promoting the healthy development of the real estate industry. Based on the basic concept of macroeconomic regulation and control of economic law, this article analyzes the basic principles and measures of macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate market.
