1981～1995年,作者采用改良Soave-Boley手术治疗家族性结肠息肉病11例,获得良好效果,报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般情况 男5例,女6例;年龄10～42岁,平均17.8岁,20岁以下8例;病程3～11年,平均7年。 1.2 症状 血便10例,腹泻8例;腹痛3例,肛门肿物脱出3例。 1.3 息肉分布范围 全结肠8例,直肠乙状结肠3例。 1.4 家族史 9例有确定性家族遗传史,其中7例为同一家族患者,另2例家族史不详。
Between 1981 and 1995, the authors used modified Soave-Boley surgery to treat 11 cases of familial colonic polyposis and achieved good results. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 The general situation of 5 males and 6 females; aged 10 to 42 years, an average of 17.8 years, 8 patients under the age of 8; duration of 3 to 11 years, an average of 7 years. 1.2 symptoms of blood in 10 cases, diarrhea in 8 cases; abdominal pain in 3 cases, prolapse of anal tumor in 3 cases. 1.3 Polyp distribution range There were 8 cases of whole colon and 3 cases of rectosigmoid colon. 1.4 Family history 9 cases had definite family genetic history, of which 7 cases were the same family patient, and the other 2 family history was unknown.
