基于欧拉-欧拉双流体模型,考虑气-液动量交换,开展了不同弗劳德数和通气量下通气空泡流仿真,得到不同工况下空泡形态和空化数变化规律.仿真结果和试验对比表明,模型能准确预估空泡形态.进一步基于仿真结果对气-液速度场和相间作用力进行分析.研究表明小通气量下,空泡尾部滑移速度和剪应力较大,气体涡团易在尾部回射流作用下脱落;大通气量下,气团脱落相对位置更靠近尾部,气体从空泡界面转换成小气泡逸出机率增加.所得结论与试验相一致,模型准确性得到验证.
Based on the Euler-Euler bi-fluid model, considering the gas-liquid momentum exchange, the simulation of aeration bubble flow under different Froude numbers and aeration was carried out, and the variation of cavitation bubble morphology and cavitation number under different conditions was obtained. The results and experimental results show that the model can accurately predict the shape of cavitations, and further analyze the gas-liquid velocity field and interphase forces based on the simulation results. The results show that the velocities and shear stresses , The gas vortex sheds easily under the effect of the tailback jet; under the large ventilation, the relative position of the air mass is closer to the tail, and the probability of gas escape from the bubble interface to the small bubble increases. The obtained conclusion is in good agreement with the experimental results and the accuracy of the model verification.
