公文校核是指公文撰拟定稿后在送交领导审签之前,由专门责任人对其进行全面、系统审查和核对、校正的过程。它是公文处理过程中的一个重要环节,也是公文处理人员对公文起草的最后一次审查把关。这一关口把得如何,责任重大,事关公文质量与水平,务必引起高度重视,认真进行审查阅改,以搞好“质量检验”。如何搞好公文的校核,笔者认为起码要“六看”:一看公文行文的必要性。党的机关公文行文规则 Document official check refers to the official draft prepared after the submission to the leadership before the sign, by the responsible person to conduct a comprehensive, systematic review and verification, correction process.
