目的了解邢台市医疗单位介入放射工作的防护状况,为保障介入放射工作者的健康和规范发展介入放射学,制定相应的防护管理措施提供依据。方法采用现场监测的方法,模拟介入放射手术条件,测定介入放射操作者的受照剂量。结果共测定11家医院,13台X射线机,介入放射手术操作人员左手和胸部受照剂量最高为980和735.3μGy/h,并且床上球管X射线机操作者操作各测试点受照剂量明显高于床下球管X射线机。结论应加强对从事介入放射工作人员的管理,增强防护意识,降低受照剂量,实现放射防护最优化。
Objective To understand the protective status of medical units in Xingtai City during their interventional radiological work and to provide evidence for the interventional radiology and protection of interventional radiologists. Methods The methods of on-site monitoring were used to simulate the interventional radiological conditions and to determine the dose of interventional radiosurgery. Results A total of 11 hospitals and 13 X-ray machines were measured. The highest dose of left and chest radiography was 980 and 735.3μGy / h, respectively, and the dose of the X-ray machine operator at each test point was significantly higher Be higher than the bed tube X-ray machine.
