纤维连结蛋白是一种存在于血浆和细胞表面的高分子糖蛋白,分子量约45万道尔顿。人体内纤维连结蛋白的含量,在100~400μg/ml之间。研究表明,纤维连结蛋白有助于角膜损伤的修复,并能影响小梁网的代谢和玻璃体、视网膜内界膜间的粘着。纤维连绪蛋白的生物胶作用已初步用于临床,对治疗角膜缺损收到了满意的效果。本文综述有关纤维连结蛋白的研究成果,并介绍纤维连结蛋白的提取方法。
Fibronectin is a high-molecular glycoprotein found in plasma and cell surfaces with a molecular weight of about 450,000 daltons. The amount of fibronectin in the human body is between 100 and 400 μg / ml.
