本文探讨了非智力因素的概念及构成。非智力因素是指除了智力与能力之外又同智力活动效益发生相互作用的一切心理因素。它由情感过程、意志过程、个性意识倾向性、气质、性格五方面构成。通过体育教学有利于大学生在上述五个方面得到发展。同时探讨了发展学生非智力因素的有效途径 ,即提高高校教师理论水平 ;构建新的教学内容体系 ;利用体育课和隐形课全方位培养学生的非智力因素 ,造就新一代大学生。
This article explores the concept and composition of non-intellectual factors. Non-intellectual factors refer to all mental factors that interact with the benefits of mental activity in addition to intelligence and ability. It consists of emotional process, the process of will, the tendency of personality awareness, temperament, personality. Through physical education is conducive to college students in the above five aspects of development. At the same time, it explores the effective way to develop non-intelligence factors of students, that is, raising the theoretical level of college teachers, constructing a new teaching content system, using the physical education and invisibility classes to cultivate students’ non-intellectual factors and create a new generation of college students.
