人力资源作为企业最关键的资源之一,管理的成效直接关系着企业的生存与发展。沟通是指信息的交流和传递的过程,有效沟通是每个企业获取竞争优势和成功的重要法宝。本文概括的描述了企业人力资源管理中沟通的重要地位和作用,从人力资源管理角度对企业如何建立的管理沟通模式提出了基本的观点和建议。
Human resources as one of the most critical resources for an enterprise, the effectiveness of management is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. Communication refers to the exchange and transmission of information. Effective communication is an important magic weapon for every enterprise to gain competitive advantage and success. This article summarizes the important position and function of communication in the human resources management of enterprises and puts forward the basic opinions and suggestions on how to establish the management communication model from the perspective of human resources management.
