目的 观察冠状动脉(冠脉)内支架置入术后血清白细胞介素6 (IL -6 )与白细胞介素1 0(IL -1 0 )水平的变化及临床意义。方法 选冠脉内支架置入术的患者30例,取支架置入前和术后2 4h股动脉血,做血清IL- 6 ,IL- 1 0检测,并观察术后并发症及再狭窄的发生。结果 支架置入术后2 4h血清IL- 6显著增高( 2 1 4 . 6±1 1 8 .0ng Lvs 1 75. 8±81 .8ng L ,P <0 .0 5) ;而IL -1 0较术前稍有下降,但P >0 0 5;术后IL -6 IL -1 0比值较术前显著升高( 3. 2±1 .9vs 2 .3±1 .0 ,P <0 .0 5)。发生再狭窄者较未发生再狭窄者术后血清IL 6显著增高( 30 2 . 0±1 56 . 8ng Lvs 1 92 .7±98 .6ng L ,P <0 . 0 5) ,IL -6 IL -1 0比值也明显增大( 5 .4±2 .0vs 2 . 7±1. 5,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 冠脉内支架置入后引起血清IL 6和血清IL -6 IL -1 0比值显著增加,IL -6及IL- 6 IL- 1 0比值增加可能在支架术后再狭窄发生过程中发挥作用。
Objective To observe the changes and clinical significance of serum interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) and interleukin - 10 (IL - 10) levels after coronary stent implantation. Methods Thirty patients with intracoronary stenting were enrolled in this study. Femoral arteries were collected before and 24 h after stenting. Serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were measured and postoperative complications and restenosis occur. Results Serum levels of IL-6 were significantly increased at 24 hours after stent implantation (2 1 4 .6 ± 118.80 ng Lvs 1 75.8 ± 81.8 ng L, P <0.05), while IL -1 0 Slightly lower than that before operation, but P> 0.05; the ratio of IL-6 and IL-10 after operation was significantly higher than that before operation (3.2 ± 1.9 vs 2 ± 0.3, P <0.05). 0 5). Conclusions The ratio of serum IL-6 to serum IL-6 IL-10 after coronary stenting is significantly increased. The increased IL-6 and IL-6 IL-10 ratio may play a role in the development of post-stent restenosis .
