2014年10月25日,福建省永定县水产技术推广站在棉花滩水库永定库区水域开展内陆重点渔业水环境现场监测时,发现各个监测区的水域水色呈黑色状,表层水体溶氧值在2.78~3.10mg/L之间。根据现场监测和数据分析,初步认为引起低溶解氧的主要原因有两点:一是水生植物的长期大面积覆盖,使水体中大量浮游植物因缺少光照条件而由产氧因子转为耗氧因子;二是内源产氧不足,外源氧分补给受阻,在缺氧环境下,藻类植物等水生生物大量死亡分解,形成第二耗氧因子。
