当前,中小学的外籍教师的引进与聘用越来越多,外籍教师的数量与日俱增,但是,外籍教师引进还存在一些现实问题,比如,部分学校聘用外籍教师不规范,认为外籍教师课堂效果好的比例不高等等,加强对外籍教师的管理已成为当前学校管理中的重要议题。为此,应从区域教育行政管理整体出发,对外籍教师的聘用、任用、评估等环节进行政策设计,建立外籍教师进课堂任教的整体质量保障体系,保障区域外籍教师进课堂任教工作的整体效益的提升。
