为了进一步扩展超声电机在航空航天领域的应用范围,综合研究了共阶梯轴双定/转子超声电机在极端环境下的输出特性。对于这种性能优越的新型超声电机,制作了适用于极端环境的试验样机,进行了真空、高/低温复合环境以及振动环境环境试验研究。探讨了各种环境因素对电机性能的影响。结果表明,真空、高温、低温、振动等环境因素会对电机输出性能产生不同程度的影响,共阶梯轴双定/转子超声电机具备一定的极端环境适应性。该研究为超声电机在航空航天领域的广泛应用提供了参考。
In order to further extend the application of ultrasonic motor in the field of aerospace, the output characteristics of a total of double-stator / rotor ultrasonic motor with stepped shaft are investigated in extreme environments. For the new ultrasonic motor with superior performance, the prototype for the extreme environment was made and the vacuum, high / low temperature composite environment and vibration environment environment test were carried out. The influence of various environmental factors on motor performance is discussed. The results show that the vacuum, high temperature, low temperature, vibration and other environmental factors will have different degrees of motor output performance, a total of ladder shaft double stator / rotor ultrasonic motor with a certain degree of extreme environmental adaptability. The research provides a reference for the wide application of ultrasonic motor in aerospace field.
